Additionally, Solution Raider Ltd ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Our shipping carriers are as follows: United States Postal Service(USPS) or UPS.

    All orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS or UPS certified package. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@shophorserug.com

    You may purchase merchandise from this Web site www.shophorserug.com by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Solution Raider Ltd reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Your satisfaction is our first priority at Solution Raider. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. You may return item within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If return is accepted, Item is  subject to inspection and refund amount depends on condition of the item. Shipping charge from sale made in this store is not refundable.
