Our shipping rates are as follows: We use USPS Priority, or UPS Ground and FedEx Ground/Home. Rate may vary depends on carrier chosen and package size. But we try to utilize the fastest shipping method to delivery your order.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU INSPECT ALL ITEMS THOROUGHLY UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS. THIS INCLUDES CHECKING ALL STITCHING, BINDINGS, STRAPS, FITTINGS, FABRIC, SIZES ETC. PLEASE ALSO TRY THE RUG ON YOUR HORSE OVER A CLEAN SHEET TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE FIT ETC.
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly organize a refund upon return of the item. We also accept returns for change of mind (if you order the wrong rug for example) but you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to organize the return.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be unused. Please contact us and quote your order number, name and item that you are wanting to return and reason so we can respond promptly to your return enquiry and provide further details.
